Your purchases will be transferred to exhibitors on March 21 after the show closes. Then the exhibitors will communicate with you for the delivery procedure of your original certificates. Make sure you keep your receipt which you will receive when you complete your purchases.

Starting March 15 at 9 a.m., you will have access to the platform at all times, until 5 p.m. on March 21. At this point, the platform will close automatically.

Once you are on the transactional site, you can shop but respect the restrictions. If an exhibitor / golf club places quantity restrictions where indicates that packages are non-transferable. Your partners will have to make their purchases themselves.

Yes! When you visit the booths you must observe the representatives’ schedules and then you can “sit” at the virtual table and chat face to face with the exhibitors.

After making your purchases you will receive a receipt with a confirmation of your purchases. At the close of EXPOGOLF, on March 21, sales reports will be sent to exhibitors and then they will contact you to let you know how they will send you your original certificates.

You should wait until the exhibitors from whom you have purchased your passes contact you for the delivery of your original certificates, then deal with them for any questions regarding refunds or cancellations.

Each company offers their own hours of operation and policies, so you should try yourselves, we are not in a position to guide you through this process.
